Prostate post-op update day 4

I recently had a radical prosatectomy following a prostate cancer diagnosis and am documenting the milestones in my post-op recovery. Hopefully it can act as support for men going through the same experience and also encourage any over 50 men to go for a very simple PSA test. A remarkably high proportion of men diagnosed with prostate cancer are assymptomatic and early detection makes the treatment a lot more straightforward and significantly increases the chances of a full recovery if you're diagnosed with the condition.
