One-to-one and small groups

I'll work with you to understand what you’re looking to achieve through regular exercise and create a programme with specific, measurable and timed goals that we agree are achievable. That programme will be unique to you and your personal exercise preferences. For example, if you like boxing or tennis or you’re more motivated exercising in a group environment, we'll work this into your programme, rather than restricting it simply to gym-style activity. I can also develop strength and conditioning programmes for specialist sports, eg cycling clubs.

 

If you're recovering from Covid-19 and struggling with issues such as breathlessness, fatigue, reduction in muscle strength, reduced mobility, motivation and self-confidence, I can create a bespoke rehab programme to help you overcome these challenges and get back to full fitness.

Covid-19 restrictions

With the easing of these restrictions in line with the government roadmap announced on 22nd February, both outdoor group exercise and one-to-one training (outdoors and indoors) have now re-started, whilst indoor group class activity will restart from 17th May 2021. In the meantime, we're still running twice weekly circuit classes via Zoom.   • Circuit training classes run on Monday and Thursday evenings in Bourne End Junior Sports Club from 6.30 - 7.30 pm and Saturday mornings in St. Dunstan's Church Hall 10.30 - 11.30am

  • GeneraI toning and conditioning class Tuesday afternoon in Bourne End Junior Sports Club 3.45 - 4.45pm

  • Seniors Seated Mobility Class on Wednesday mornings in St. Dunstan's Church Hall 10.30 - 11.15am 

  • I also run a weekly over 45s five-a-side football session on Wednesday evening at Bourne End Academy from 7.00 - 8.00pm (currently inactive due to Covid-19 restrictions).

Costs

Free initial consultation. £40 per one-to-one session. Discounts available for series bookings and POA for monthly payment options for ongoing training, advice and consultancy.  Travelling expenses charged beyond five mile radius from Bourne End, if sessions run at clients' homes.  Circuits range in price from £7 to £8.50 per week (£42 for six gym-based sessions booked in advance), or £20 for five online Zoom sessions.
